Need

Wahoo’s Fish Tacos is a large chain of fast casual restaurants with a So Cal personality and a loyal group of customers. They wanted to delight their customers by rolling out online ordering and a loyalty program. They needed an online and mobile solution for their customers, and a backend enterprise system to manage the menus, loyalty program, and call center. Ucentric Design designed the information architecture for this entire enterprise system.

Customers no longer had to wait in long lines at peak times. They could schedule
an order online at their convenience, and later head to the cashier to pick it up.

We created an online loyalty program that rewarded users for purchases, and fostered a connection between fans with store events, games, and social groups

Managing Locations & Call Centers

We designed the UI for a complete enterprise architecture system. The system allowed Wahoo’s to manage its corporate employees, franchises, call
centers, and menus.
